Mao Tjiroze (Namibia) – Executive Chairman
Mao Tjiroze is an operations research specialist in the management consulting sector. With years of experience in development finance, Mao has had the opportunity to monitor and manage projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Mr. Tjiroze is a graduate of Brigham Young University (U.S.) in Economics and Statistics, and brings with him years of strategic business development experience in Africa.
Kaura Kaura (Namibia) – Technical Director
Kaura is an exploration geologist by training and has worked on a number of projects in Southern Africa as consultant for major mining houses. He has worked as an independent consultant geologist, doing regional exploration, and has conducted and completed regional geochemical surveys. Mr. Kaura has worked as a project geologist on multiple commodity projects throughout the years (Gold, Uranium, Iron Ore, Vanadium, REE, etc.), gaining invaluable experience in exploration, definition drilling, resource generation, etc.
